      Yoga Tonics

      The word tonic is Greek in origin 'tonikos' meaning to stretch or tone. So this section of the website has more specific and detailed practices for various systems in the body eg: digestive system, circulatory system and others. Our yoga practice works very much on the internal systems as well as our more external muscular and skeletal systems. These systems need our attention regularly, needing to be stretched, toned and massaged gently. If you have a specific area of the body you would like us to do a detailed practice on please get in touch. It will be our pleasure to research and formulate something just for you. Saying that, it would probably be helpful for many others too!
